Sally has been a life-long community activist serving on a variety of  boards of directors in Erie, Pennsylvania as well as Mercer County.  They include but are not limited to WIB, PIBH, ABWA, Negro  Women Association, and Public Welfare. Most recently, Sally  retired from MCAR where she was responsible for establishing a  highly successful employer and job training program for the MCAR  clients. Additionally, Sally serves as a deacon in her church.
