Rocky is currently employed as the director of business development for Hicks Office Plus. He was also employed as the General Manager for Comdoc Office Systems and Wendell August Forge. He was active in the Shenango Valley Initiative, served on
the board for Junior Achievement, and also served as a member of his church council. He has a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, and completed business courses at Youngstown State University and Cleveland State University.
