Dick Turner is a financial consultant. As a community activist, he worked with U.S. Congressman Phil English to have the carcinogens removed from the local Westinghouse plant area and to have that site removed from the superfund list. He is an alumnus of Governor Casey’s Pennsylvania leadership program, RULE, and serves as a school board director for the West Middlesex Area School District.
